Parker Coleman was convicted in 2010 for conspiracy to distribute cannabis and money laundering. However, no witnesses testified they had ever bought marijuana from Parker at his trial.

In reality, Parker’s 60-year sentence is “a de facto LIFE” sentence.  Being 25 years old at sentencing, Parker would be 85 years old.  A de facto sentence means that your sentence is longer than your lifespan.
