The Clemency project should be used in a form to justify an unjustified conviction that promotes harsh sentences based on the distribution of GOD-given substances such as weed as in my case. I really believe the cost of incarceration for people in my personal circumstances is clearly contrary to what society is educated based on marijuana, and the cost to incarcerate for WEED offenses. This substance is a weed that is used sometimes for religious purposes, and I really believe that if society knew that I received 220 months for a weed offense, and the daily cost of the incarceration of 3, 670.00 per day in the Federal Bureau of Prisons society would not tolerate this draconian policy issued by Government.
