Today I’m in Alaska
Ketchikan Sitka and Nome
Then I’ll fly back to Texas
and feed my dogs at home

Now I’m at the Zoo in Portland
Lions, Tigers, Bears oh my
everyone has stopped to see
a baby elephant cry

I’m sitting by the river
I can see the rocks below
I meditate for hours
and listen to the water flow

I’m back in the real world now
metal bars and concrete walls
hear the sound of chains and shackles
and guards yelling through the halls

Tomorrow I’ll daydream about
my favorite organizations
Freedom Grow and Jailed for Weed
and Cannabis Legalization!!
