Hello Ladies, Gentleman and all my WEED PRISONERS,

My name is Enis  Djurkovic. Born and raised in Queens, New York. I’m going to be 44 years old soon and serving a prison sentence of 30 years. (i know it hurts me also every time i hear that  30 year number also)…I was charged with Conspiracy to Distribute Marijuana. I have been in jail since 2009 when i was just 29 years old for something that is Legal in about 40 States today and all these Big Corporations are doing the same thing but they are laughing there way to the bank with Billion$ of dollar$ while I’m in here rotting in prison for a NON VIOLENT MARIJUANA CHARGE. The Federal government is Warehousing us all over the Nation in prison’s that were built far away from the human eye so we aren’t thought about as they say Out Of Sight Out Of Mind.!!!

I have been a modern inmate since INCARCERATED, i have completed my G.E.D. and over 75 prison programs and enrolled in more to better my self for the future that is ahead of me. I just ask for that second chance at life. I believe everyone deserves that 2nd chance in life to better them selves and fix the mistakes they have made in the past. I feel like a Federal-Express package as i have been shipped to some of the worst prisons in America which are The United States Penitentiaries. This is where the worst of the worst are sent to. Why in the world would the Government want to send me to such a dangerous environment if I’m just a Non-Violent Marijuana offender. That’s WRONG Ladies, Gentleman and all my WEED PRISONERS.. That’s 100% Wrong!

These USP’s as they are called house “The Most Dangerous” inmates in the United States Of America as well as NON-Violent offenders also and that’s a big NO NO. How are you going to put me in the same cell with a another inmate that’s dying in prison and is never going to go home and I’m doing only a few years, once he gets mad he has nothing to lose and stabs me and kills me. THATS WRONG!!… I’ve seen that plenty of times and all the officers even say the same thing. I have watched and seen many people get killed, stabbed, and beat with a locks wrapped around a belt hundreds of time’s over the past 14 years. No one deserves to live this way and to be in a USP for a Marijuana charge or any NON-violent charge is un-just. House the Murderers, Rapists, Serial Killers there. Not us Non-Violent Marijuana inmates or any Non-Violent offender.

Recently i heard of a story of a NON-Violent Marijuana offender fighting for his life shackled to his bed. He passed away but he died a GANGSTER to me! How can America do this to a human being?. That pissed me off so much when i heard about this and his young daughter “God Bless Her For Stepping Up The Plate” had to take him off of life support and watch him die shackled to a bed. To me that’s Murder!!! They could of let him go home but because he sold some marijuana he deserved to die in a jail hospital bed? NO NO NO THATS MURDER!!!!!POINT BLANK PERIOD THATS MURDER!!!!!!! Only in America are they doing this. NO OTHER OTHER COUNTRY HAS CONSPIRACY CHARGES EXCEPT US “THE BULLIES OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.. 1000% WRONG…

I believe President Biden needs to fix The Federal Prison System. The first thing that would help fix the BOP would be to bring back 65% Good Conduct Time. That right there would make the whole Federal System Happy as everyone will benefit from this. We are given these Draconian sentences for NON-Violent crimes. People kill people and get less time in jail then a person that sold some Marijuana. THATS WRONG!!..HOW CAN I SELL WEED AND GET 30 YEARS BUT YOU KILL SOMEONE AND ONLY GET 15-20 YEARS?..THATS INSANE… Also President Biden needs to grant clemency to all NoN-Violent Marijuana offenders as soon as possible and live up to his word as he said he would do it!!!…Well Ladies, Gentleman and all my WEED PRISONERS there is hope for us , I been down 14 years and i never seen or had this much hope that WE are coming home soon and i really do believe the time has come for all Marijuana Prisoners to be released. SO KEEP STRONG MY WEED PRISONERS IT’S COMING!!!!!!

God Bless everyone out there who’s doing the right thing and dedicating there lives and time to help us who are in jail for Marijuana. I wana give a big shout out to Lisa, Kristin, Karly and Amy for doing what they do and that’s to make this world a better place by helping us get home to our familys and loved ones. God bless all the fallen Marijuana soldiers also who passed away in the struggle! We do this for you also so please keep us safe and keep a watchful eye on us to make sure we come out of this ALIVE!!!
