My name is Andrew Davis. I’m from Kingston Jamaica and a father of six. I am currently incarcerated at FMC Devens in Massachusetts. I was sentenced to 24.5 years for a non-violent marijuana charge. It’s shocking that these lengthy sentences are being handed out for something thats legal in so many states.

During my incarceration I’ve stayed posative and enrolled in educational programs. My favorite is the Culinary Arts Class, as I truly enjoy cooking! It’s something I did before my incarceration.

Upon my release, I would like to open my own restaurant. As for myself and others with similar charges, I will continue to hope and pray for reform with respect to marijuana.
