Kristi Kem serves as the volunteer CFO for Freedom Grow, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting cannabis prisoners and their families. With a background in Finance and Accounting Management, Kristi brings her expertise in numbers and problem-solving to ensure the financial health and sustainability of Freedom Grow’s programs. Her passion for plant-based medicine, cultivated through years of experience as a caregiver and cultivator, fuels her dedication to the mission of freeing cannabis prisoners and providing direct support to their families.

Kristi’s role at Freedom Grow involves managing financial operations, overseeing donations, and ensuring transparency and efficiency in all financial processes. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence help Freedom Grow continue to expand its outreach and support services.

In addition to her volunteer work with Freedom Grow, Kristi is the Chief Experience Officer for DOPE CFO Certified Advisor, a national leader in cannabis CFO services and education. Her goal is always to provide world-class service, whether supporting nonprofit initiatives or empowering businesses in the cannabis space.
