Norris Jackson is serving 144 months in federal prison for cannabis charges. He is not expected to get released until 12-5-30. He is 43 years old and has two children. He is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Norris would like to go back home to his family.
His sister writes:
I want to take the time to share who Norris Jackson is… Who he really is. Growing up, I never had a father around and my earliest memory of a father figure was my brother. Norris was my protector, my first love, and my hero. I literally can’t imagine what my life would have been like if not for him. When I didn’t believe in myself, he gave me confidence. He pushed me to go to College and focus on my dreams, he encouraged and uplifted me through everything including my first heartbreak but what I always admired about my brother was his huge heart and his love for his community! Norris started a basketball team to keep the neighborhood boys off the streets and impacted so many lives. He loved helping the elderly of the Community and bringing everyone together with annual cookouts. My brother taught me so many things throughout my life but the most important thing I learned from him was LOVE. I learned what Love is and how to love from my brother. My brother is a faith-based man, with a beautiful loving heart and spirit. I am so honored to be his little sister and I can not wait until the day I can see him free again.
