Tracie Gloor
Tracie Gloor is a dedicated advocate and the Commissary Coordinator for Freedom Grow. Her journey into cannabis advocacy began in 2010 when her son, Lance Gloor, a caregiver in Washington State, was raided for cannabis. In 2016, Lance was sentenced to 10 years in prison. Tracie’s unwavering love for her son and passion for justice led her to join Freedom Grow, where she has been an essential member of the team ever since. We first met Tracie while providing court support during Lance’s federal trial, and her commitment to justice and prisoners’ rights was clear from the very beginning.
At Freedom Grow, Tracie coordinates the Commissary Program, ensuring that cannabis prisoners receive much-needed funds to support their daily needs. She also runs the Birthday Program, sending commissary money and handmade cards—crafted by Lance’s daughter, Ashley—to remind prisoners that they are remembered and loved on their special day. Tracie plays a vital role in the Holiday Drive, helping to bring joy to prisoners and their families during the holidays.
Tracie’s commitment extends beyond these programs. She actively promotes Freedom Grow’s Pen Pal Program, writes letters to prisoners, and helps gather signatures for clemency letters sent to the President. Her family motto, “One Team, One Dream,” has become a guiding slogan for Freedom Grow, reflecting the unity and purpose she brings to the organization.
As a board member, Tracie’s deep understanding of the prison system and her tireless advocacy for her son and other prisoners make her an invaluable part of Freedom Grow. Whether supporting local events or ensuring prisoners feel connected and cared for, Tracie’s dedication, compassion, and relentless spirit shine through in everything she does. Tracie says “Help & Hope attracted me to Freedom Grow. The Freedom Grow Team is genuine & sincere, striving to provide Help & Hope to the cannabis prisoners and their loved ones! Freedom Grow is often the window to the world outside of the prison walls for the prisoners, Bringing Light To Their Dark Cells.
“ONE TEAM ONE DREAM!”
