CODY CECIL’S SENTENCING

Cody Cecil is facing 2-5 years in prison for cannabis in West Virginia!  His charges are possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and cultivation of marijuana.  These charges stem from a December 2021 incident where police illegally raided his rv.  They found a few cannabis plants and related items in his vehicle along with some gummies, rso, and some cannabis.
