Morning.

Morning. Today is one of those rare days when I feel great about myself and about life. I call it a spiritual virtue.
Every so often this emotional contentment just happens to burst out of my whole being (kind of like endorphins being released in your brain after a good workout … but three times as much). No substances involved. LOL. Just prayer and meditation.
Therefore, I feel compelled to let you know that your life is beautiful and worth living; that your life matters and has value; that your life is special, one of a kind, and full of purpose – despite the chaos, suffering, and lack of love you oftentimes witness in this world.
Smile. Have a great weekend. #freedwinrubis
